At Vivobarefoot, we believe in the power of natural movement and offer a 100-day trial period so you can experience the benefits of barefoot footwear risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 100 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn or tested footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
